It was spring of 2022, I drove to Eastern Kentucky to document William Ezra’s first couple weeks being in the world, in the beauty and rawness of the Joneses own home. I am so in love with these moments which tell of Cora‘s independent whimsical personality, William Ezra’s early moments outside the womb, while also telling of Joelle and Cody's patient, gentle, love towards one another and their family. Being tucked in the Appalachian Mountains made me fall in love all the more.
